The SENTRY™ A6 MAX is a reliable cost-effective, easy-to-install solution for controlling sliding domestic and industrial gates with a mass of up to 600 kg.

A custom designed gearbox molded from robust engineering polymers, coupled to a powerful 12V DC motor, provides fast and reliable automation for entrances to homes, offices and housing estates. The system operates off 220VAC mains power and has a 12V DC back-up battery housed inside the operator. The power supply also charges the battery to maintain it in a fully charged state. The battery provides true back-up power in the case of power failure. A regulated 13.8VDC external (solar) power supply can be connected to the system as well.

Feature-ric, reliable and robust, it furthers Martin Electronics’ goal of expanding its automation capability by harnessing new technologies such as Internet of Things (IOT).

Other advanced features of the SENTRY A6 MAX include:

• Anti-Tamper Alarm Function based on a built-in vibration sensor.
• Hall-effect Sensors for reliable detection of the gate’s position and direction of movement, therefore the use of a gate mounted Origin Magnet is optional.
• H-Bridge motor drive with Thermal Protection based on constant temperature monitoring.
• Infra-Red Beams “Battery Low” and Four reconfigurable outputs.
• Battery saving mode to provide more operational cycles during AC Mains outage.
